Bio:

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply relational. I help clients slow down, increase self-awareness, and work through challenges with greater clarity and connection. Together, we create space ... for healing, growth, and more authentic relationships.


Why I Became A Therapist:

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people’s stories, relationships, and emotional lives. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and feeling truly seen. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore, grow, and move toward healthier relationships with themselves and others.

What can clients expect in their first interaction with me?

We’ll spend the first session getting to know one another. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and understood.

My role is to support, guide, and challenge you with compassion as we work toward meaningful change together.

What do I want clients to take away from working with me?

Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and your patterns with greater compassion and clarity.
